The Kona Pro Development Program is our talent incubator. It’s a launchpad for the next generation of standout riders across gravity, enduro, XC, adventure/endurance, gravel, and freeride. This is where raw talent meets opportunity, and where up-and-coming athletes learn to push limits, build their racing resumes, and represent the Kona ethos on and off the bike.
We’re now accepting applications from riders who are ready to level-up. Whether you're lighting up the local enduro circuit, battling it out in gravel and XC, or finding your flow in freeride and video, we want to hear from you.
Our Pro Dev riders get access to:
• Bike and gear support
• Performance development opportunities
• Access to mentorship from Kona athletes and staff
• Features on Kona’s channels and The Cog
• Inclusion in Kona events, projects, and media shoots
What we’re looking for:
• Race or performance goals in a specific discipline
• Proven results, potential, and a strong work ethic
• A great attitude and professionalism both on and off the bike
• A passion for progression, community, and riding hard
