Built from a 2023 Honzo that caught Mike Guerrero’s attention the second it dropped, this Dream Build leans all the way into one thing: green. Loud and unapologetic, just like its namesake.
What started as a love for that kiwi green paint has turned into a full custom project, with nearly every part swapped, tweaked, or replaced to match the theme. From major components down to the smallest details, it has all been considered. Only a handful of stock bolts remain, with plans to swap those out for green titanium to finish it off.
Race Face Next R 175mm carbon crank arms are held tight with a matching Cinch XC/AM puller cap and green drive side bolt, finished with green crank arm boots. The pedals are DMR Bikes Liquid Camo Vault flats.
With no stock ISCG tabs, an e*thirteen ISCG-05 adaptor in custom ceramic green paint makes room for an Oak Components Grown bashguard. A Muc-Off iridescent preload ring and AbsoluteBlack 32T oval chainring keep things spinning.
Out back, a SRAM XO1 derailleur runs a mix of upgraded hardware, including a Leonardi bearing pulley wheel, UberBike Components green jockey wheels, and a Jab Titanium bolt kit. A lime green HARDlite 12x148 thru axle ties it all together.
Up front, a Fox 34 Rhythm FIT GRIP fork gets the full treatment with Slik Graphics decals, a Ground Keeper Customs fender, and a matching HARDlite lime green axle.
Braking is handled by a Magura MT8 Pro Raceline setup, upgraded throughout with green titanium hardware, custom-painted AbsoluteBlack GRAPHENpads, and Kona-branded caliper details.
The cockpit is full DMR Bikes, with a matching Liquid Camo stem, bars, and grips. KustomCaps handles the top cap and spacer stack, keeping the theme consistent.
A Race Face Turbine R dropper remote manages the up-down duties.
