“All Mixed Up” is exactly what it sounds like.
What started in 2023 as a handful of clips with no real plan quickly turned into something bigger. Eddie Reynolds and filmer Jimmy Astleford began linking up for the occasional street mission, filming whatever caught their eye, with no pressure to make it into anything formal. The idea was simple: ride a mountain bike in places where a BMX wouldn’t make sense, and see what happened.
The project wasn’t meant to be a traditional street part, and it definitely wasn’t meant to stay tidy. As time went on, the clips piled up. Street spots blended with not-so-street riding. Weekend meetups turned into a couple of years of filming. Somewhere along the way, the lack of structure became the point.
“All Mixed Up” is the result of that process. A video built from curiosity, trial and error, and a lot of riding that didn’t fit neatly into a category. It’s messy in the best way, and exactly how Eddie and Jimmy wanted it to be.
